The machine is designed for attachment of Hard Cover to Glass inside vacuum chamber with bottom heating & roller. The process assumes that the Touch Panel comes attached with ITO FILM.
The machine is designed for attachment of Hard Cover to Glass inside vacuum chamber with bottom heating & roller. The process assumes that the Touch Panel comes attached with ITO FILM.
1.1 The machine is used for OCA hard to hard lamination. Manual load cover board and ITO or LCM. ITO or LCM positioned by fixture. After finishing position, press start buttons by both hands, and work table move inside. Then sealed container will seal the whole work table. When negative pressure reach setted value, lamination will start.
1.2 The machine is applicable to laminate 2.8″~10.2″cover board and ITO/LCD( hard to hard lamination).
1.3 Optional left station and right station or double stations for alternative work.
